Our Journey
Founded with a simple yet profound belief that no child should be left behind, the Children's Aadhar Foundation started as a small community initiative. What began as a humble effort to provide daily meals to vulnerable street children has now blossomed into a widespread movement.
Over the years, we have expanded our reach significantly. We now provide not just immediate relief, but sustainable, long-term solutions including specialized medical care, formal education scholarships, and safe shelters. Every single milestone we have achieved is a testament to the power of collective compassion.

The visionary who started it all.
The journey of Children's Aadhar Foundation began with Mr. Ashok Pujari. As an ex-student of Chembur Children's Home, Ashok himself faced the hardships of poverty and illiteracy from a very young age. These early personal struggles fueled a deep-seated desire to make a difference in the lives of other vulnerable children.
Inspired by Mr. Nilkant Kadam (Head of Chembur Children's Home), Ashok decided to channel his experiences into a force for good. His journey was paved with immense struggle and hard work, ultimately leading to the formation of the foundation with the help of six dedicated friends in 2011.
In its initial stages, the foundation focused on the welfare of orphan children above 18 years of age. Since then, we have grown significantly, gaining experience in handling shelters for 40 orphan children, organizing cancer and AIDS awareness programs, sports tournaments, career guidance, and personality development workshops. From industrial visits to celebrating festivals like Diwali and Ganesh Chaturthi, our mission remains to bring joy and opportunity to Every child we serve.
